WEDDING FORAL RENTALS

By renting from JULIE BUTLER CREATONS the customer understands and agrees to the below Rental Terms.  

RENTAL PERIOD

All rental items are rented for a period of 5 days.  Your flowers are set to arrive 2-3 days prior to your wedding date and must be returned 1 day after the wedding date.  If the 5 day falls on a holiday or Sunday all items should be returned the next available day.  The customer agrees to return all rented items within this period to Julie Butler Creations using the original shipping box and the Return Shipping Label that is included.  If not returned the following day a $25.00 per day late fee will charged. 

The customer agrees that the rented property shall:

1)  Not be used beyond the intended capacity.

2)  Not be used in any manner for which it was not designed or designated 

3)  Not be used near an open flame

4)  Not be used in a negligent manner

DAMAGES AND INSURANCE

The customer herby agrees that he/she shall fully indemnify Julie Butler Creations for any and all damage to or loss of the rented property.  Insurance is built into the rented cost of each item in order to cover reasonable damages, including broken flowers, damaged petals, stains or other determined natural wear of the product.  Insurance will not cover items damaged beyond repair or items NOT returned.  The buyer shall be responsible for the full value of the damaged beyond repair or unreturned items,  An example of fees:  Rental cost of Floral Arch flowers $295.00  retail price $425.00 you will be charged an additional $130.00 to cover the replacement.  If your items arrive and are damaged in shipping please send pictures of the damaged box and items to butlercreations@gmail.com. or call at 620-504-9455 and leave a message if no answer.  We will send replacements overnight if possible.  

CANCELLATIONS

Julie Butler Creations requires a 90 day notice on cancellations in order to issue a full refund.  Orders cancelled less than 90 days before the rental date will forfeit 50% of the cost.  

If your event date changes for any reason, all booked items can be transferred to the new date at no extra cost, contingent on item availability.  If not available on the new event date items will be refunded based on the above cancellation policy.
